George T. Nahass, MD, Board Certified Dermatologist / Dermatopathologist

Dr. George T. Nahass is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group.

He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all skin diseases, including skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, warts, rashes and eczema, to name a few.

He was valedictorian of the 1981 class of Rutgers University School of Pharmacy and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1988, after which he completed a three-year residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

He completed his three-year residency in Dermatology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in 1992 and joined the faculty at Saint Louis University (SLU) in July of 1992, where he worked for 10 years. While at SLU, he completed an additional fellowship in Dermatopathology.

Dr. Nahass has received many honors including the Ernest Little Award for outstanding student at Rutgers College of Pharmacy in 1981; Alpha Omega at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1985; and the Louis R. Dinon Award for excellence in teaching in 1987. He has written and co-authored more than 45 medical publications and has been a guest speaker at many lectures during his medical career.
