Appointments are available with Rex Stombaugh, PA-C in Mt. Vernon on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
Dr. Nahass and Rex Stombaugh, PA-C are availabe in Centralia on Wednesday.
Cosmetic Dermatology and Esthetic Services are available at the Mt. Vernon location only.
Botox, Dermal Injections & all laser procedures are performed Monday through Thursday in Mt. Vernon..
All Esthetician services (facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasions & product sales and consultations) are performed Monday through Friday in Mt. Vernon..

Skin Care Center of Southern Illinois accepts Medicare and participates in most commercial insurance plans. As a courtesy, an insurance claim will be submitted to your primary and secondary insurance companies whether we are a participating provider or not. Please call your carrier prior to making an appointment to inquire as to whether Skin Care Center of Southern Illinois is a preferred provider and whether dermatology services are covered your plan.
